Act as a leading source of knowledge for our Federal Government Client as they look to bridge their current technical gaps across their key digital products and services.
ThisSenior Systems Analyst will be responsible for closing the gap between business and IT, utilising their experience in developing, implementing and operating IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise, ensure compliance, and maintain team cohesion. Set priorities, manage quality outputs, and contribute to both short-term tasks and long-term planning.
- Oversee responsibilities for high-quality outputs, assist in planning, and allocate resources efficiently. Conduct regular quality checks and support team development.
- Work collaboratively with teams to understand needs and design solutions. Elicit requirements effectively, develop system specifications, and monitor system performance.
- Ensure alignment with agency processes, document requirements comprehensively, and support team agility. Contribute to continuous improvement and training efforts.
- Operate autonomously, collaborate effectively, and manage governance efficiently. Identify stakeholders, adhere to agency values, and prioritize personal wellbeing.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experienced in cloud platforms such as Azure or similar, showcasing excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in applications development methodologies and the software development lifecycle, with demonstrated experience in information technologies and systems analysis.
- Provide expert technical knowledge across various programs, with a focus on producing artifacts suitable for products and projects.
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting complex business needs, generating user stories and requirements.
- Possess strong analytical and design skills, coupled with creativity and problem-solving abilities, ensuring attention to detail in project execution.
- Ideally, experience within a healthcare organisation OR - Broad understanding of Australia's healthcare ecosystem, complemented by excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for effective collaboration across technology and business teams.
