What you'll do
This role exists to work in our SAP Payroll Systems Team and will liaise with our payroll operational and delivery teams as well as technology stakeholders for delivery of functional requirements which form the basis of change to SAP payroll business processes, policies or systems, to ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.
- Support the creation of conceptual and logical business solution functional designs for SAP payroll new business solutions, communicate functional design to Payroll Delivery & Operational Teams, and monitor solution implementation to ensure requirements are met.
- Conduct and support system application testing (new SAP Payroll HRSP support packages, releases, functionality, and customising) in close co-operation with the development and testing teams
- Collaborative input to Payroll Business Process Documents, along with the SAP Senior Business Analyst and Business Process Owners
- Collaborating with Business stakeholders and the PCD Squad to provide concept, feasibility analysis and functional requirements for initiatives. To elicit, analyse, communicate and validate the requirements for changes to business systems, processes and policies..
- Create, and review Functional Specifications created by others, for any identified gaps, based on the chosen solution.
- Assist the business in identifying the process and change impacts from the selected solution designs for SAP Payroll.
- Assist the delivery teams and technical teams with scope, issue, and risk management for SAP Payroll
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 5 years work experience within Payroll Systems is a must
- Ability to provide input to the business, functional and design build with the technical team that are easily supportable and meet business needs around Payroll
- Knowledge and experience with SAP HCM Solutions desired
- Knowledge of end-to-end development processes and methodologies for SAP Payroll would be desirable
- Analytical thinking skills
