As a Senior Systems Analyst (SharePoint), you will join the Corporate Services Group and be part of the existing Collaboration Services team, where you will provide specialised technical expertise and best practice recommendations on SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platforms, around application development, document management and information architecture.
You will have an Agile mindset and keen interest in software engineering across a range of technologies, while showcasing great communication skills and be a self-motivated team player. You will have experience in risk management and applying a risk mindset in day-to-day activities.
As a Senior SharePoint Analyst in Infrastructure and Operations you will have outstanding communication skills to coordinate. You will be highly motivated to work autonomously and will show great initiative to satisfy your stakeholders delivering great outcomes.
As well as excellent communication and coordination skills, you will have some experience providing systems analysis and support across IT Infrastructure and Operations.
We anticipate that to excel in this role you will have:
Demonstrate experience with SharePoint Server 2016, Nintex Forms and Workflows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Power Platform and Graph API
Demonstrate experience with PowerShell scripting, SQL Queries, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), customised app development and design
Relevant experience with SharePoint On-Prem, SharePoint Online and Power Platform governance, configuration options & capabilities.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 roadmap, and the ability to evaluate the applicability for business productivity solutions
Experience with DevOps, Git, CI/CD and Azure services
Project Management experience is highly desirable
To succeed in this role, you must have:
5-7 years' experience in the information technology industry, has worked on multiple large-scale upgrade and transformation projects.
Ability to articulate technology benefit in terms of business functions
Ability to solve problems quickly, excellent troubleshooting skills without the need of an extra hand
Ability to think strategically across multiple platforms
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of web technologies and web development methodologies
Agile approach to service delivery
Understanding of network dependencies, implications & requirements needed to run SaaS and customised applications.
Understanding of Service Management including change, incident, and problem management as it applies to a large corporate environment and use of an IT Service Management tool.
