Senior Tax Accountant

As a Senior Tax Accountant you will be a part of a small team reporting directly to the directors and manage your own clients.

Flexible hours with option to split week with work from home and in the office.
 

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is to prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for Company, Trust, Partnership, Sole Trader & SMSF, for a portfolio of businesses and individual clients.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 4 full time years with hands on tax accounting experience.
• Have experience with HandiSoft, BGL, MYOB and Xero.
• Have experience in preparing tax returns & financial statements for Companies, SMSF, Trusts, and Personal Tax Returns.
• Be capable of taking jobs from start to finish and meeting deadlines.
• Be concise, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to work in a small team.
• Be able to manage your own portfolio of clients and communicate directly with them.
