The CompanyOur Client is a multi award-winning Accounting firm that also offer their Clients bookkeeping, financial planning and lending solutions. They recently migrated entirely to using Xero and are about to reveal a new suite of employee incentives.
Due to continued growth the Directors want their staff to enjoy a balanced lifestyle and as such they are looking to appoint a new Senior Accountant.
Position Duties:
- Perform accounting tasks including financial statement preparation, tax planning, and compliance
- Assist in mentoring junior staff members
- Foster strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within a public accounting firm and full Australian working rights
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- $105,000 salary package plus bonuses
