About the Role: As a Senior Consultant, you'll work with a variety of clients, from established businesses to start-ups. Your role will involve mastering senior-level consulting skills and providing top-notch expertise in accounting, taxation, and business advisory. You'll be responsible for preparing complex lodgements, offering commercial advice, and contributing to the success of your clients.
What You'll Do:
- Mentor and Collaborate: Guide junior team members and work closely with Client Directors and Partners to make a significant impact.
- Expert Analysis: Review and analyse client management reports, identify trends, and provide detailed financial insights.
- Financial Preparation: Prepare and review forecasts, key performance indicators, and advisory papers.
- Restructuring Management: Oversee client group restructuring, including operational and tax considerations.
- Client Relationships: Develop strong client relationships, delivering advice with discretion and professionalism.
- Research and Compliance: Contribute to research and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with both internal and external teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:
- CA or CPA Qualified (or near completion).
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports.
- Understanding of corporate governance and ethical standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
