This represents an opportunity with a well-established CA firm based in St Kilda. This firm has a high-quality client portfolio of SMEs that are based throughout Australia. The firm is moving towards an advisory focus to ensure that they are an active partner in their client's day to day activities.
POSITION
Due to growth, the position of Senior Manager has been created. This role will involve the successful candidate managing a diverse client base and managing a team of motivated accountants. The client base is comprised of high-quality SME clients.
There will be the opportunity to provide high level advisory services.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA qualified
- 10+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice
- Demonstrated ability to manage the client demands and supervise the team
- Extensive clients contact experience
- Great management and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical tax ability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
