In this role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on data center operations and application management.Responsibilities:Data Centre Expertise:Analyze and troubleshoot data center infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments (VMs).Assist with data center setup and configuration projects.Identify areas for improvement in data center efficiency, security, and scalability.Stay up-to-date on the latest data center technologies and best practices.Application Analysis:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.Conduct thorough analysis of existing applications and systems, leveraging SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Document application functionality, processes, and data flows.Partner with developers to define and implement solution requirements.Driving Solutions:Develop clear and concise technical documentation for stakeholders at all levels.Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to improve data center operations and application performance.Be a champion for change, leading and driving technical initiatives forward.Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on data center operations and/or application analysis.Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including physical servers, virtual machines (VMs), and network connectivity.Experience with application analysis techniques, including SWOT analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Additional Information✔Multiple learning opportunities and Professional Certification Programs✔Working as a part of a Global team in a Multicultural Environment✔Gifted Birthday Leave✔Rewarding Compensation PackageDare to be different!
