Join our esteemed client on an exciting journey where innovation meets opportunity. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Cyber Security Specialist to fortify their Cyber Security team. As a vital member of their collaborative and versatile team, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of Cyber Security capability improvement project of works.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assist in the discovery, design, documentation, delivery and operationalisation of multiple Cyber Security capability initiatives across the Corporate and Operational Technology environments;
- Liaise with third party service providers throughout project delivery;
- Support the Technical Security lead in the delivery of project outcomes; and
- Assess and evaluate the adequacy of existing Cyber Security controls for the organisation's information and technology systems and make recommendations for improvement.
What you will bring to this role:
- Experience with managing operating systems (Windows and Linux) and common services, e.g., web proxies, file servers, domain controllers, etc.;
- Experience designing, deploying and managing virtual infrastructure environments e.g., VMWare;
- Experience designing, deploying and managing application control solutions e.g., Ivanti Application Control;
- Experience designing, deploying and managing backup solutions, particularly at sites with limited bandwidth e.g., Veeam; and
- Experience designing, deploying and managing vulnerability management solutions in an OT environment.
