Senior Technical Engineer

We have a 6-month fixed term opportunity for a Senior Technical Engineer to join our Digital Workplace Team.  You’ll be an integral part of the Digital Workplace Engineering team, responsible for provisioning the following services, that define the Digital Workplace. 

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) 

• Microsoft Intune 

• Windows OS management and maintenance 

• Vulnerability and Patch Management 

• Application packaging and management 

• Mobile Device Management 

• Mobile Application Management 

• Microsoft 365 services 

• Group policy, DSC and Compliance policies 

Scope of operations is for Bupa APAC business units including Health Insurance and functional units, Aged Care, and Health Services businesses. Utilising current and future Microsoft technologies to provide Digital Workplace Services. This role will be responsible for delivering, supporting and driving new ways of working by providing Digital Workplace services at Bupa. In addition this role will work closely with the wider Technology Operations team to define and deliver the end to end colleague experience.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

• Minimum of 5 years experience and high level of exposure supporting the following 
• Administration of Microsoft Intune 
• Administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager 
• Azure Active Directory and Identity Management 
• Windows OS and MacOS build development 
• Configuration and access policies within AAD/Intune 
• Group Policy management 
• Mobile OS support (Android, iOS) 
• Utlising APIs to integrate various infrastructure platforms together 
• Very strong powershell scripting skills
