About the role
This role works closely with the Education Wallet program team and other stakeholders to assess and solve technical needs of schools relating to onboarding schools into the Learner Passport platform. This role will be triaging enquiries, managing technical support operations by supporting junior colleagues and providing technical support for all stages and iterations of the software development process. About you
The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement in supporting the delivery of a program or project within a school setting.
Demonstrate experience in managing technical support operations, customer service teams, processes, systems, tools, technologies, metrics and KPIs.
Demonstrate their experience in utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and enquiry systems.
Essential requirements of the role
Current and valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check) or be willing to obtain.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
Key knowledge and experience
Experience in managing technical support and customer service teams and projects.
Experience in establishing technical support operations, processes, systems, tools, technologies, metrics and KPIs.
Experience in utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and enquiry systems are highly regarded.
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG (Aboriginal Education Consultative Group) and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
