The Platform & Operations team is on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Test Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, functionality, and security of our platform.
About Us: The GenV Platform & Operations team is the backbone of our Participant, Science, and Data streams. We've successfully delivered the first iteration of our platform, focusing on recruitment and data collection. Now, we're gearing up for the next phase, where your expertise will be crucial in deriving value from the data we collect, ensuring its security, and maximizing utility.
Your Role: As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and flexible family. Working closely with product owners, analysts, solution architects, engineers, and delivery leads, you'll contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of solutions such as RedCap, WeGuide, Salesforce, OpenSpecimen, and PostgreSQL.

Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and develop test plans for system changes
- Design and develop system, integration, performance, user-acceptance, and production verification test scripts
- Review test cases to ensure scope and functional coverage
- Execute, and maintain test scripts
- Document results and produce dashboard reports to monitor, track, and report on defects
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team as needed to support defect resolution
About you:
- Possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in utilising the Atlassian product suite
- Showcase proven experience in thriving within agile delivery environments
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities
