Your team
You will lead a collaborative team of Test Leads and Test Analysts responsible for overall test oversight for multiple business projects as well as BAU deliverables. This includes implementation of ServiceNow and Workday Solutions, Banking systems such as New Payments Platform (NPP) and enterprise modern cloud enabled technology transformations. Your background
Senior Test Lead with hands-on experience of managing Testing and QA processes across multiple business projects, who has demonstrated the ability to guide Test Leads on the project deliverables and experienced in working with SI / Vendors to ensure each implementation meets RBA QA standards. You will be responsible for creating Agile Test strategies, reviewing Test Plans and Test Summary Reports, provide Test Estimation for upcoming projects and focussed on adoption of test automation frameworks for the projects assigned to their Portfolio.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Experience in overseeing SI implementation of ServiceNow, Workday and other solutions like Banking domain and Payment systems.
- Experience in providing Quality Assurance guidelines for Solution Implementers (SI) for program of work.
- Demonstrate leadership in providing complex testing support, solutions and service excellence on a cross section of projects and daily services.
- Develop test strategies and manage testing priorities across various test levels that including both functional (SIT/UAT/ Sprint testing) and non-functional testing (Performance).
- Experienced in through understanding of Test automation Frameworks as well as Performance Testing across projects.
- Experience in understanding of Test Automation tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders across the Reserve Bank and externally.
- Good understanding of CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferably) , Test Tools like ALM, Jira, ServiceNow Test Management.
