AGA is seeking a motivated individual to gain valuable admin experience at Laing O'Rourke Australia Construction Pty Limited as an Work Health & Safety Trainee located in Melbourne CBD/Western suburbs and Mernda. Our successful trainee will work full time for 12 months whilst completing a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, gaining valuable experience and earning a salary whilst learning daily.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HSE record keeping and data input processes and activities
- Prepare internal and external reports for review with the SE Manager
- Assist with tool box material preparation and deliver content where required
- Perform administrative duties to support the HS manager and wider team
- Proficient with Excel and good phone manner and communication with an eye for detail
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Completed accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Drivers licence (preferred)
- Willing to undertake a Police Check
- Genuine interest in Work Health and Safety
- Willing to commit to a 12 month full time Traineeship
