About the Role:
- Key contributor in delivering professional services.
- Running the day-to-day elements of projects without direct supervision.
- Oversee numerous new and ongoing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Harness existing networks while cultivating new business opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff.
About the Candidate:
- Seeking candidates ideally with over 5 years of relevant experience in Town Planning with a Statutory background.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing reports, and precinct structure plans, with a talent for translating concepts into compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and develop team members.
- Strong aptitude for identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a track record of expanding client networks within Perth and across Western Australia.
- Prior experience in both consultancy and local council environments is highly desirable.
