On behalf of our valued client, Gough Recruitment would like to present this exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner role, located in the convenient fringe suburbs of Perth’s bustling CBD
The role is supported by highly experienced Directors and a market-leading Planning team:
About the Role:

• Key contributor in delivering professional services.
• Running the day-to-day elements of projects without direct supervision.
• Oversee numerous new and ongoing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Harness existing networks while cultivating new business opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff.

About the Candidate:

• Seeking candidates ideally with over 5 years of relevant experience in Town Planning with a Statutory background.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in writing reports, and precinct structure plans, with a talent for translating concepts into compelling narratives.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and develop team members.
• Strong aptitude for identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a track record of expanding client networks within Perth and across Western Australia.
• Prior experience in both consultancy and local council environments is highly desirable.
