Senior Training And Compliance Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Training and Compliance Advisor to join our team in Learning and Development Team.  Reporting to Manager of L&D, you will be responsible for managing training, and training compliance, across the Group by advising on, developing, and implementing training compliance strategies across all levels of the businesses.

Role Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers.

* Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure compliance to, and implementation of, training processes.

* Design, develop and review appropriate training compliance auditing tools.

* Develop, maintain, and provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required. 

* Lead and drive the implementation of approved Training and development initiatives.

* Ensure training processes and standards are current, fit for purpose and relevant for the organisation’s needs. 

* Support Training and assessment activities as required.

Education and Experience:

* Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, HSE, Leadership and Management or Training

* Audit or quality control qualification.

* Experienced Learning and Development (L&D) and or Training practitioner with experience working within the resources or construction sector.

* Experience using LITMOS LMS

* Apprentice Program Management experience

* Training content development experience.

* Demonstrated experience in implementing audit procedures and controls.
