Our client is a trusted treasury risk advisory firm, with decades of experience managing over $20 billion financial transactions annually.
Due to business growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Treasury Manager to their team.
As Senior Treasury Manager, you will act as a relationship manager across a portfolio of clients, co-ordinating resources to deliver retained and project mandates.
You will work with corporate treasury functions, financial institutions, domestic and global asset managers in areas such as Financial Risk Management, Cash Management & Working Capital Optimisation, Treasury Operating Model and Transactional Banking and Debt Packages.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interviewing prospective clients to determine financial status and objectives, discussing financial options and developing financial plans and investment strategies
- Monitoring investment performance, and reviewing and revising investment plans based on modified needs and changes in markets
- Setting financial objectives, and developing and implementing strategies for achieving the financial objectives
- Directing the collection of financial, accounting and investment information and the preparation of budgets, reports and forecasts
- Referral of clients to other organisations to obtain services outlined in financial plans
About you
To be considered for this role you will need to bring:
- Comprehensive market risk hedging derivative understanding
- 4+ years of demonstrated risk management experience in one or more of banking, treasury and capital markets or investment areas
- A Bachelors’ Degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field would be valuable
- Confidence to oversee and manage projects and back your findings and recommendations with evidence from a range of relevant sources
- Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to create insightful reports and present them at a c-suite/board level.
