Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Tree Crew Member, you will:
๐ฟ Apply sound tree maintenance practices to support our arboriculture works and tree maintenance programs.
๐ฟ Assist in planning and organizing team activities to ensure efficient resource utilization.
๐ฟ Drive and operate arboriculture equipment safely, including elevated work platforms and chainsaws.
๐ฟ Provide on-the-job instruction to new team members and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
๐ Certificate IV in Horticulture (Arboriculture) or equivalent experience.
๐ Demonstrated experience in planning and organizing work programs.
๐ Working knowledge of Australian Standards for tree pruning.
๐ Relevant certifications including Level 2 Chainsaw Operators, First Aid, Elevated Work Platform, Traffic Controllers, and OH&S Construction Induction Card.
