Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Tree Crew Member, you will:
🌿 Apply sound tree maintenance practices to support our arboriculture works and tree maintenance programs.
🌿 Assist in planning and organizing team activities to ensure efficient resource utilization.
🌿 Drive and operate arboriculture equipment safely, including elevated work platforms and chainsaws.
🌿 Provide on-the-job instruction to new team members and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
🎓 Certificate IV in Horticulture (Arboriculture) or equivalent experience.
🎓 Demonstrated experience in planning and organizing work programs.
🎓 Working knowledge of Australian Standards for tree pruning.
🎓 Relevant certifications including Level 2 Chainsaw Operators, First Aid, Elevated Work Platform, Traffic Controllers, and OH&S Construction Induction Card.
