About the role
As a Senior UX Designer, this role will provide you with the opportunity to be both strategic and hands on, contributing to the successful delivery of our INTEGRA windows, mobile and web apps. The position will play a key role in the UI/UX team, bringing to life innovative features and experiences and supporting the ongoing evolution of our existing digital user experiences.
· Working across the whole product cycle from research, design, build and implementation to production release and QA testing.
· Use human-centred and evidence-based design methodologies and tools to create, anticipate and deliver customer and business value through human experiences
· Lead the product design and identify opportunities for improvement
· Review wireframes, user flows, high fidelity designs, prototypes and handover documentation.
About You
· 5 years of professional work experience as a Senior UX Designer, and competency in designing for desktop, mobile and web apps.
· Experience translating wireframes into development ready interface designs.
· Clear understanding of user-centred approaches and passionate in understanding user needs and behaviour.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
