Senior Ux/Ui Designer

Apeirogon Group is on the hunt for a research driven UX/UI designer.

Working alongside business strategists and accomplished developers, this role is both analytical and creative.

This role is all about grasping user needs and solving problems through design. Collaboratively working to combine interfaces and workflows that enhance user experience, you will work on a number of software and application projects (in addition to other creative design focused projects as required).

A strong portfolio of successful UX/UI and other branding projects is heavily desired. As well as proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in website wireframing
• Experience in Branding design
• Leadership experience, with a proven track record of guiding teams through the design process and delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the implementation of attractive UI design.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Keep up to date with industry trends
