  • Opportunity for a Senior Valuer to join the Crown Lands team who manage and sustain some of the most diverse and iconic land across NSW
  • Permanent full-time opportunity based out of our Newcastle office with location flexible across our NSW office locations by negotiation.
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 - 133,183 + super
is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Valuer to join their Customer and Systems team on an ongoing basis.
As the Senior Valuer you will coordinate the provision of a broad range of market valuations by internal and external valuers in accordance with the annual rental valuation program and undertake the more complex, politically sensitive valuation assignments.

About you
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Extensive experience as a qualified property valuer, including commercial valuation experience
  • Ability to achieve results through the efficient use of resources and a commitment to quality outcomes
  • Ability to make decisions within delegations on valuation matters
  • Deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time and in accordance with relevant requirements
  • Be collaborative, accountable, a strong team player and possess a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Crown Land Management Act is highly desired
Essential Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in valuation, property, economics, commerce, business or a related field, and minimum Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practicing valuer accreditation
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
