At Red Energy, we are looking for a new Team Manager to join our Customer Care team.
Our Customer Care team is all about giving exceptional customer service and solutions to our customers who are going through personal and financial difficulties. We've seen a lot of challenges over the past few years, and our customers are finding it hard to pay their bills and manage everything. But fear not, our high-performing team is here to guide them through these rough waters. We create personalised payment plans and connect them with external resources to help ease the burden.
We need someone who can be a trusted mentor for the team. By building honest and open relationships, you'll share your knowledge and guide your team through those tough conversations. With empathy and a solid understanding of our business, you'll help our team work with our customers to find the best possible outcome for everyone. You know that Customer Assist is all about maximising revenue, but you also get that doing it the right way is the Red way.
You'll be liaising with stakeholders, including third parties, to keep those relationships strong and influence decisions that align with our goals and support our customers.
To be considered for this position, you will have proven experience in people management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Ideally, you will be a compassionate and empathetic individual who can uplift the lives of members and the team by providing moral support. Your experience in hardship/credit analysis, utilities, telecommunications or banking, will set you apart. This business will embrace your career and support you in your professional development.
