Two hatted restaurant Margaret Double Bay is on the hunt for senior waiters to join our highly skilled, diverse, and fun team of professionals.
Margaret Double Bay opened in October 2021 and has quickly become one of Sydney’s busiest restaurants. Our main focus is our guests. We aim to provide friendly service; the highest quality produce Australia has to offer and a truly memorable experience. Neil believes that hospitality is a memory making business and we strive each and every day to create magical memories for our guests and our staff alike.
We are looking for experienced section waiters with a strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine who can confidently run a section and who have a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry. While experience is preferred, we are also happy to put the time in and train someone who is willing to give it a go and has the right attitude!
You will have access to weekly trainings, opportunity for career progression and the invaluable experience of working side by side with one of the industry’s leading and most influential Chef’s, Neil Perry AM.
