An exciting opportunity exists for an Executive Assistant to support one Senior Executive and run day to day operations, including Events, Hosting Guests and Project Management for a large FMCG leader located in Richmond.
This position will provide high level administrative and secretarial support to ensure that the company's goals and objective are met.
We are looking for a high performing professional who is outcome driven and ability to deliver quality administrative outputs in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage a varied workload with a strong responsiveness and attention to detail will see you succeed in this role.
About the role
As part of the responsibilities of this position, Executive Assistant will support and manage the following:
- Diary Management to one Executive team member
- Travel & Expenses for Executive Team Member and some General Manager
- Event Support and Management
- Project Management Support
- Attend leadership meetings - take notes, actions & follow up
- Responsible for all travel and meeting bookings
- Diary management
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing confidential and efficient coordination of administration services to ensure the flow of information to and from the office of the relevant stakeholders. Other key tasks within this position will include:
- The ability to prioritise workload so that tasks are completed effectively to a high standard safely and in a timely manner
- Effectively and efficiently liaise with all levels of staff
- Effectively and efficiently liaise with all levels of staff and various other organisations
This position will be a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.
