SalaryWe are seeking a fulltime Senior Outbound Coordinator to join our incredible Warehouse team located at our Eagle Farm Head Office.
As the Senior Outbound Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the outbound leadership team, while overseeing the smooth dispatch of wholesale orders.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting outbound team leaders with day to day picking and dispatching on the floor to meet freight deadlines and personal kpis.
- Providing administration and logistical support to the wholesale department including but not limited to releasing wholesale orders from the warehouse system ready for picking and packing and preparing orders for dispatch by the set dispatch date to wholesale vendors.
- Supporting warehouse management team with leading and ensuring execution of tasks and duties are completed while driving a positive work culture.
- Assisting with training team members in areas across the warehouse.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Sound knowledge and experience with warehousing operations - mainly picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Previous leadership experience is not essential but is preferable.
- Experience using inventory software programs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
