Your Role
We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to assist our team. This role will see you overseeing both our East Brisbane and Acacia Ridge warehouses. This includes keeping track of incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the warehouse is tidy and staying up to date with daily activities. Additionally, you will represent the Sure Power team with professionalism, build meaningful relationships with our customers, promote Sure Power’s offerings, and ultimately achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include;
- Keeping track of current & incoming stock (e.g. conducting regular stocktake, etc).
- Pack, send & receive deliveries
- Proficient use of SimPro & Microsoft 365.
- Assisting customers over the phone, in person and via email.
- Ensuring technicians have essential equipment on a daily basis as well in advance.
- Monitoring services being provided and staying up to date with daily activities.
- Swiftly respond and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Advocating for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of products/services.
What is Required:
- Experience in Warehouse Management is essential
- Forklift License
- Full Drivers License
