TalentWeb is on the lookout for an experienced team leader or an aspiring senior engineer with the attributes to become a successful manager.
As a key member of the water division, you will utilise your strong understanding of engineering principles and project management across a broad range of project types. Once established, you will take on increasing operational and management responsibilities, helping to maintain a happy, high-performing, stable team.
Mentored by senior figures within the business, and supported by excellent in-house training programs, you will be developed into a leadership role with a range of rewarding future pathways.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Working with a strong group of engineers and designers on projects including water supply & treatment, asset and resource management and water network planning and design;
- Account management and client engagement;
- Ensuring that project are delivered in-line with expected standards, budgets, and timelines.
To be considered for this role we seek candidates with:
- 10 + years of relevant experience as a consultant in civil and/or structural engineering or project management;
- A demonstrable track record of delivering projects within the water and waste treatment industry;
- Working knowledge of Australian statutory requirements, contracts, and engineering standards;
- Planning/network modelling skills will be highly valued;
- RPEQ/CPEng not required but favoured;
- Excellent people skills with a desire take on team-management and leadership responsibilities.
