Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment our Wealth Management client is looking for a Senior Wealth Adviser to join this HNW Team of Specialists.

Our clients are looking for a Financial Planning professional to join their team of specialists within this boutique firm.

As a business, they are dedicated to providing sound financial advice by integrating their client's financial requirements.

They prides themselves on delivering personalised and specialist services working with High Net Worth, Business, SME and Mum and Dad clients advising in SMSF, Risk, Superannuation, Investment and Wealth Creation.

The Role

This role seeks a Adviser with a primary focus on providing specialist financial advice.

You will be required to work with an existing database of High Net Worth Clients as well as long term Retirement clients, keep up to date with legislation changes and maintain your CPD points. 

You will be provided with a book of clients to service, and with your skillset organically grow your client base through both referral as well as their existing COI relationships. 

The successful candidate will:

• Have a strong customer service-focus with strong communication skills
• Have the ability to provide strategic advice to clients within SMSF and investment
• Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Have strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Be driven and motivated by achieving results

Working with a team of financial specialists to increase business prospects, this is a great opportunity for a driven, relationship focussed and self motivated professional.

About You

You will need to have a solid understanding of holistic financial planning and have the drive and motivation to grow a solid business with some of the best support staff the industry has to offer.

You will be working in a professional and supportive team and will need to possess the following skills: 

• Have a minimum of 4 years Financial Planning experience in either an Intermediate or Senior role;
• CFP or Masters of Financial Planning and have a relevant tertiary qualification with the skillset to deliver complex advice
• Experience with SMSF's is preferred;
• Proven networking and business development skills;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
