In this role, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the company's future by:
- Managing the group insurance program: You'll ensure the company has the right coverage at the best value.
- Annual renewals and reporting: Stay on top of renewals and keep leadership informed.
- Claims & Risk Management: Be the point person for insurance claims and proactively manage risk across the organization.
- Supporting the Business: Provide expert insurance guidance and support to all departments.
- Board & Committee Liaison: Prepare reports and present to senior leadership on risk and insurance matters.
- A sharp mind with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication: Confidently interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proven Experience: Have experience managing risk or insurance programs in a large organization.
- A Reporting Pro: Compile clear and concise reports for senior management.
