Senior Insurance & Risk Specialist

In this role, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the company's future by:

• Managing the group insurance program: You'll ensure the company has the right coverage at the best value.
• Annual renewals and reporting: Stay on top of renewals and keep leadership informed.
• Claims & Risk Management: Be the point person for insurance claims and proactively manage risk across the organization.
• Supporting the Business: Provide expert insurance guidance and support to all departments.
• Board & Committee Liaison: Prepare reports and present to senior leadership on risk and insurance matters.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• A sharp mind with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication: Confidently interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proven Experience: Have experience managing risk or insurance programs in a large organization.
• A Reporting Pro: Compile clear and concise reports for senior management.
