Position Outcomes / Accountabilities
- Supporting the Manager, Future Skills Capability in providing strategic advice to P&C functional areas on capability frameworks.
- Support the development and implementation of utilised frameworks such as the employee value proposition.
- Support stakeholders to develop and implement fit-for-purpose frameworks that are accessible and relevant to business needs.
- Contribute to the design of an overarching Future Skills Capability Framework that provides functional alignment to the operating model.
- Support the manager in designing an overarching P&C strategic model that provides functional alignment to the operating model.
- Partner with the Director, Industry Skills and Capability Coordination, to gain insights into Industry environment that influence workforce matters and tailor internal departmental strategies and frameworks.

You will excel in building and maintaining partnerships to achieve objectives, coaching others in the co-creation process, and a natural at fostering team commitment.
Your ability to adapt systems and processes swiftly to changing priorities and situations, will also be well regarded.
In addition you will need:

Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
- Experience with industry platforms that offer analytical insights into workforce data, strategy, and forecasting.
- Experience developing workforce initiatives at scale with a strong focus on Workforce Planning.
- Demonstrated experience working in complex organisations across different industrial agreements.
Desirable
- A relevant tertiary degree would be well regarded.
- Working knowledge of SPSS, Power BI, SuccessFactors and Nexus (Or similar)
