As the Senior Workforce Planner, you will have accountability for optimising our flexible workforce for Melbourne Olympic Park (M&OP). In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating shifts, handling payroll, and ensuring the availability of a skilled and reliable pool of temporary employees.

Leveraging Levy Australia's cutting-edge, guest-centric approach your role will be integral in allowing our teams to deliver legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world's biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. The Position:
- Schedule a high volume of shifts for casual employees, coordinating with departments to meet workload demands.
- Serve as the central communicator, ensuring effective information flow between management and frontline workforce.
- Show adaptability in addressing staffing crises, by way of workload surges or unexpected absences.
- Actively gather feedback from both temporary staff and management to identify areas for improvement in the staffing process.

- Strong organisational skills, proficient at managing schedules and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at bridging gaps between teams and temporary staff.
- Demonstrated adaptability and proactive problem-solving abilities in dynamic situations.
