Technical Delivery Lead .Net

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (.Net) with extensive experience across project delivery to join a well established Fin Services Co.This role is not just your stock standard .Net Tech Lead role, it's so much more and will give you exposure to a much broader career opportunity.Main responsibility of this role is to manage a cross functional team working on projects. You must be from a strong .Net Background and be able to perform code reviews, accountable for code quality, but also have some experience across project delivery (providing estimates, end to end Development, Warranty support).Some of the things you will be responsible for:- Setting the technical direction in line with project objectives, taking a brief or vision from the project stakeholders and converting the requirements to a complete tech design (including dependencies with parallel projects and ops).
▪ Accountability for code quality, peer reviews, automated unit testing, CI/CD, coding standards, security policies, deployment and delivery of projects & transition to IT Operations team.
▪ Coordinating releases into production and non-production environments & providing guidance and support in the release and environment management process.
▪ Designing & implementing development standards
▪ Managing the backlog of workload allocation of team within projects, tracking and monitoring various projects and providing periodic reporting as to requirements / sprint outcomes
▪ Ensuring application security & compliance including user access, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery needs.
▪ Liaising with business and technology teams through appropriate mediums of communication to keep stakeholders informed of status and progress in a timely manner.
▪ Making recommendations on how to address application problems, refactoring of code and proactive maintenance activities.
▪ Managing escalations and bottlenecks in processes both internallyMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Translation of business requirements into technical design documents

• Ability to deliver balanced solutions that combine time to market, quality and cost
• Ability to understand system dependencies and overall impact of

system changes

• Ability to drive adoption of development best practices
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication,

presentation and people leadership skills

• 10+ years software development experience
• 4+ years' experience in a technical lead or Delivery Lead role (essential)
• Building modern software development practices
• In-depth .NET, C#, and SQL Server
