Role:
Based in Sydney, the primary purpose of this role is to seek a creative and self-motivated experienced Technical Lead with considerable exposure to multiple technologies and platforms and who is keen to join a multi-cultural software company. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical design, writing, maintaining and unit/integration testing of the code. Additionally, they will lead, monitor, mentor and allocate development tasks to developers, act as a conduit between BAs and Development team, ensuring requirements are understood and communicated, software quality is high and deadlines are met.
Requirements
About you:
- 7 years (or more) experience in .NET Framework using C#, 2 years (or more) in Technical Leadership position; and the following skills/attributes:
- Demonstrate knowledge of software engineering principles such as SOA, SOLID and Micro services and strong understanding of Microsoft .NET Frameworks 4.5.1- 6
- Familiarity of Microsoft Server Technologies including Windows Server
- Familiarity of SOAP Web services, WCF Services, WCF Data Services, Web APIs, rest apis and XML processing
Ability to understand broad and high level business needs and to transform these requirements into appropriate technology solutions * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and commitment to producing high-quality, well-documented and re-usable
- Well-organized, punctual, responsible and pro-active
- Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge among team members
- Familiarity with all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing and quality assurance processes for new systems
Join our Health Business Unit as Technical Lead and contribute to .NET project development and system maintenance. Mentor and foster growth in Developers and communicate any risks associated with projects being progressed by the team.
As a lead, you will participate in technical discussions on requirements fulfilment and identify the best design pattern to create components that satisfies test-driven development criteria.
Along with interacting with internal and external stakeholders regularly, you will also be participating in providing managed services to clients including after-hour implementation and troubleshooting when required.
