About You
We are looking for a Health Services or Health Information Management graduate focused on data analytics and clinical governance who can bring innovation and fresh thinking to make an important contribution in the delivery of services that impact millions of Australians.
About the Role
Across our 18 month graduate program you will be encouraged to use your initiative, take on important responsibilities and gain practical experience with exposure across a number of departments and functions as you develop your skills and capabilities and the foundations of becoming an exceptional leader.
Based in Melbourne (with one placement in Grafton NSW at our Clarence Correctional Facility - assistance for accommodation etc covered) and working within our Health Services and Clinical Governance team for Aspac, your three placements will vary your focus across all area of clinical governance including: Quality and Risk Management; risk identification and mitigation planning, quality reviews, incident and complaint management, contract compliance, and Workforce Capability; L&D, clinical credentialing.
You will develop relationships widely across Serco's business and stakeholder groups, while gaining terrific experience and development across a breadth of people services in an organisation where our people are working within extremely diverse roles and work contexts.
- Degree Focus: Bachelor of Health Services Management; Health Information Management; Public Health; Health Administration; or Business Administration with a health focused major
