We provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services, including maternity, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care, community health and state-wide specialist services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status, population and healthcare needs.About the roleThis position is primarily responsible for the timely collection and data entry of the Contracted Care administrative data as part of the Victorian Admitted Episodes Dataset (VAED) for Eastern Health.This position includes monitoring and maintenance of the Contracted Care patients lists to ensure timely and accurate data collection and data entry into i.PM. The incumbent will liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders, responsible for provision of administrative patient data and patient records to support coding of patient episodes and to provide continuity of patient care.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:
