ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide end to end support for customers in the Service department
- Providing customers with up to date information regarding their service booking and works
- As a team, ensuring customer experience results exceed the benchmark
- Work as a team with other departments demonstrating a high level of professionalism
- Attention to detail whilst ensuring high-level accuracy
- Positively resolving any customer complaints or concerns
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience as a Service Advisor preferred although not essential
- High level communication skills
- Professional Presentation
- Computer literate
- Excellent Time management
- Eagerness to learn and up skill
- Positive with a CAN DO Attitude
