The Role
Aussie Fluid Power is excited to be advertising for a Service Advisor to join our Service Department Leadership Team. This role is to support and grown the technical knowledge within the Service Team and wider business.
The Service Advisor will be responsible to foster and encourage a growth and learning culture while sharing their knowledge with the team and wider business. This will involve:
- Working side by side with our technicians, engineer graduates and apprentices on the workshop floor helping them develop their technical skills
- Supporting our leadership team with technical input on estimating, job planning & documentation prep
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to devise strategic plans for training and development tailored specifically to hydraulics and technical aspects of AFP capability
- Taking ownership for the Apprentices technical development
Ideally you will have
- Trade Qualification or Engineering Degree
- 5+ Hands on experience working on hydraulic equipment & components
- Training & Assessing Cert IV (Or willing to complete)
