We are currently looking for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our new state of the art facility in Melville.
While previous automotive industry or service advising experience would be highly regarded, we are also interested in speaking to customer service professionals from outside of the industry who are looking for a new challenge!
You will need to demonstrate:
- An outgoing personality and high standards of personal presentation
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Clear English communication skills - verbal and written
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Self motivated
- Confident computer skills (exp. with EraPower or Xtime highly regarded)
- Checking in customers having their vehicles serviced or repaired
- Answering phones and email queries
- Upselling services and keeping in contact with customers throughout the process
- Attractive remuneration (base + commission)
