About the role

Customer Service is the face of the corporation, dealing with account enquiries through to complex water and wastewater faults. It's no easy task!

Working in modern facilities at our Balcatta office our Customer Service team provides world-class customer service to business & residential customers across Western Australia.  

About you

You will have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to meet the needs of different parties.  You will have significant experience in the design and development of a curriculum using a range of learning principles, tools, and delivery options.

Key skills and experience

·        Experience in the design and development of a learning curriculum that covers a range of disciplines.

·        Previous experience in a similar role within a Learning & Development environment would be desirable.

·        Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a similar discipline would be beneficial.

·        Experience with presenting, coaching, and facilitating.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

·        Demonstrated application of implementing adult learning principles in learning programs.

·        Knowledge of training delivery and facilitation, including a mix of learning delivery methodologies, which may include face-to-face, virtual, and digital learning material.

·        Previous experience in LMS design and administration.
