ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, Peninsula Dealer Group currently has multiple roles on offer and is looking to engage highly motivated, and customer focused individuals to join our team as Service Advisors. With the latest renovations just being completed, there is no time like now to come on board and help us make a difference.
This role is suited to a professional, results oriented, team player with a passion for driving success. Our ideal candidates will have a proven track record and experience with checking in customers, explaining and selling service work, answering customer inquiries via email, telephone and face to face, and resolving customer issues and liaising with Technicians.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred
- High level of customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
- Professional personal grooming and presentation
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence
- A 'can do' attitude
- Comfortable rapport with a wide range of personalities
- You hold a current unrestricted driver's licence
- Previous experience within a dealership environment preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, reliability, honesty and flexibility
- Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills
