We seek a candidate who will have a can do attitude, enjoy a fast paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
The Role:
Working Monday – Friday plus (rotating Saturday morning roster) you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within the service department in addition to:
• Taking enquiries and making service bookings from a range of customers
• Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
• Maintaining regular contact with our servicing customers & provide updates on their vehicles.
• Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed within time frames
Our Service Advisor Attributes
• Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
• Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service
• Professional integrity – punctual, reliable and honest
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Good computer literacy with experience on using Office 365 & CRM systems
• Current Drivers Licence
• Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership will be highly regarded
