The dealership wants to add a Service Advisor to its award-winning Mercedes-Benz Service Department to continue its success.
About the role:
Reporting to our award-winning Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working within Mercedes-Benz policies, guidelines and standards
- Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop.
- Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
- Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
- Be a team player, liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
- This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify what our customers want and need.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a prestige brand
- Exceptional customer service skills; can consistently deliver 5-star service
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sound organisational skills and time management
- Current VIC Driver's license
- Eagerness to learn and upskill
