Le Mans Toyota is excited to announce an opportunity for a customer service expert to join our award-winning Service Departments, working alongside Australia’s #1 automotive manufacturer, Toyota!
As the liaison between our service customers and our workshop, you will have a passion for customer service and have the ability to provide our customers an exceptional experience from your initial meet & greet through our driveway service facility, to the hand over process of the vehicle back to the customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintain relationships with our customers through constant communication
- Manage the daily flow of work
- Creating, costing and invoicing repair orders
- Checking, maintaining, and updating customer data
Abilities, Skills & experience:
- Competent Communication skills
- Enthusiastic personality with a focus on the customer experience
- Technical / Automotive knowledge desired, but not essential
- Ability to have fun, but still maintain professionalism
