Position details
The position is responsible for:
- undertaking policy, legal and economic research and analysis to inform Regulatory Reforms to the Victorian energy sector, with a strong focus on improving outcomes for consumers. This includes collaborating with other teams in the division to ensure energy codes can be implemented effectively and to promote compliance.
- proactively addressing complex economic, legal and policy energy issues, identifying suitable options and solutions.
- supporting stakeholder engagement with representatives from energy businesses, customer groups, and government agencies to develop clear and influential advice and solutions.
