The Group has an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong multitasking abilities, a passion for people and customer service to manage our prestige clients and the servicing of their vehicles at our Audi Centre Melbourne dealership which is located in West Melbourne.
The key elements and tasks for this role are:
- Supporting other departments and always remaining cohesive
- Liaising with the workshop and technical team regarding repairs required on vehicles
- Quoting and invoicing repairs quickly and accurately for the customers
- Following instructions and adhering to strict manufacturer guidelines
- Being flexible and adaptable to change through-out the daily fluctuations of the department
- Maximising profitability and upsell opportunities
- Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships to maximise repeat business from customer retention

Previous experience or an automotive background can be advantageous however all candidates will be considered based on the traits required.
