Our client, a reputable automotive service center in Capalaba, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a standard 5-day workweek, Monday through Friday, with the additional benefit of one Saturday morning per month paid as overtime.
Experience & skills:
- Experience as a Mazda Service Advisor desirable
- (Previous experience in a customer-facing role, (e.g. Hospitality), will be favourably considered for trainee role)
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service delivery/achievement
- Knowledge/Experience with ERApower/ERAnet
- Superior communication skills including conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to communicate and determine customer needs
- Ability to sell the dealership’s parts and services capabilities based on features, advantages and benefits.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Current Manual Qld Driver’s Licence
- Able to work Saturdays and Thursday evenings (paid as overtime and on a roster basis)
