Audi Centre Indooroopilly is recruiting for a Service Advisor to support customers with their Aftersales needs. This is the front-line role in a busy team dedicated to delivering outstanding levels of customer service. It is a great opportunity for somebody looking to step up and join one of the best luxury brands in Australia.
In this role you will:
- Report to the Service Manager
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service
- Explain service options and processes
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs
- Order parts where applicable
- Prepare repair orders and invoices
- Update customer database as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a Service Advisor position
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- ERA, ERAnet experience preferred
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- A current, valid driver's licence
