Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Service Advisor for our growing automotive business at Castle Hill Autos. This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy environment with exceptional training provided to further their career.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.

To succeed in this role you will be expected to:

• Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries.
• Quote on service and repairs.
• Process repair orders and invoices.
• Liaise with mechanics, salespeople, and other internal staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Experience in ERA.
• Self-motivated.
• Well-organised.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be willing to learn.
