FRANKSTON JEEP SERVICE CENTRE is part of the mutli-franchise Freeway Motor Group, with locations in Frankston (Seaford), Cranbourne, and Lilydale.
Here in Frankston, our service centre at Hartnett Drive, Seaford, maintains vehicles from our Frankston Jeep, Peninsula GWM, Peninsula RAM, and Peninsula LDV dealerships. With exciting growth across all the brands, we are currently on the lookout for a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable Service Advisor.
THE ROLE
The Service Advisor role supports the Service Department by ensuring a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders when performing duties including but not limited to:
- Provide top notch customer service
- Liaise with customers through the service life cycle from initial bookings to post service satisfaction follow-up
- Confidently discuss service specifics with customers
- Up-sell to ensure maximum profitability for our service department
- Provide support to the Service Workshop, as required
THE CANDIDATE | Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Service Advisor Experience, or
- Be an experienced technician looking to change roles, or
- Be passionate about providing outstanding customer experience (with evidence to show this)
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
